The Council at its 446th meeting held on 29.08.2020 promoted Dr.T.Kumanan, Senior Lecturer and Consultant Physician, Dept. of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine as Professor to the Department of Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Jaffna with effect from 29.11.2018
