Inauguration of Training of Trainers session on the Manohari Module

The inaugural session of the Manohari Workshop was successfully conducted with the participation of selected school teachers of Jaffna Education Zone, as the beginning of implementation of the Manohari module in the schools to determine the feasibility and acceptability study of Manohari life skills training modules for Grade 10 students in the Jaffna Education Zone.

The core of this session featured an introduction to the Manohari Module, then expert facilitators Dr.M.Ganesan & Ms.S.Uthayakala conducted an interactive and insightful teaching sessions regarding first and second modules of Manohari to selected school teachers. This inaugural event set a strong foundation for the Manohari Workshop series.

At the conclusion of the session, participating teachers expressed that the training was highly useful and insightful. They enthusiastically accepted the approach of the Manohari Project and shared their curiosity and eagerness to implement it in their schools, reflecting a strong sense of ownership and motivation to carry the initiative forward.
