Developing Soft Skills among Students at Columbuthurai  St. Joseph’s Vidhiyalayam

This activity aimed to develop time management, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, leadership and interpersonal skills among secondary school students studying at Colombuthurai St. Joseph’s Vidhiyalayam.

Medical students planned the programme for Grades 6 to 11 with input from secondary school staff. The programme began with an introduction by the principal and a medical student. In total, 35 (out of 49) students from the selected grades participated. The medical students organized several games that provided opportunities for soft skill development.
