Professor Rajendra Awarded Prestigious FRCS Ad Eundem by the Royal College of Surgeons of England

The Faculty of Medicine, University of Jaffna, proudly congratulates Professor Rajendra from the Department of Surgery on being awarded the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) Ad Eundem by the Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS England).

Professor Rajendra attended the Fellowship Diploma Awarding Ceremony held on 7 November 2025 at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in London, where he was formally conferred with this prestigious diploma.

The FRCS Ad Eundem is one of the highest professional honours granted by the College. It is awarded to distinguished surgeons who have made significant contributions to the field of surgery and are recognised as having achieved a professional standard equivalent to that of a Fellow of the College.

The invitation to receive this honour was extended directly by the Royal College of Surgeons of England, acknowledging Professor Rajendra’s exemplary contributions to surgical education, clinical service, and leadership.
